Kitty,

The Muslim religion isn't very kind to women. But you find that sort of thing in all repressive religions.

Love,

Hi Twy,

Thanks for writing. It is always great to hear from you. As for the time I spend in sharing my 'ponderings', writing is one of my enjoyments in life. Just happy to know that others like to read the ramblings of my mind. :)

And, no, you surely did not make it down to good ole Louisiana. Spring would be wonderful. Our guest room is especially prepared just for you.

Love you cousin,

Crystal,

There is an ancient Hebrew saying that deserves attention, which goes, "If your wife is short, bend down and whisper to her." The point was that a man should consult with his wife in matters of life. Of course this works both ways. Makes for a good marriage.

Thanks for your comment.

Thank you for this teaching. I find it a good reminder, and we are always needing reminders to appreciate our husbands and wives because it is so easy to take for granted this union. Thank you again.
Love,
Crystal Veronie

Wonderful, cousin. It is such a pleasure reading your journal ... and insightful, too. Thank you for the time spent sharing your ponderings and teachings.

I hope this finds you feeling well and that you and your wonderful family are happy and looking forward to our Thanksgiving holiday and Christmas.

I didn't make it down there, did I? Perhaps, in spring? Keeping you and yours in my prayers always.

I wonder what the Muslim Faith teaches about the above subject. They treat women so bad. Hide them away under Burka's and in the house etc. Just wondering.
