When I read your comment it brought tears to my eyes. I’m still in awe of all this love coming my way.

You said something special that struck the chords of my heart — You said:

What a generous statement and a wonderful thing to realize. It wasn’t merely my faith that brought a healing, nor was it a special indivudal’s prayer that the Lord attended to. He attended to all our prayers. The glory is His. : )

You said how much Sis Betty and I mean to you and Warren — You know that goes both ways.

You also mentioned Nicholas being on a medicine upset his stomach. During my devotional time this morning I had this urging in my spirit to tell the childred of God to expect to see many more miracles and healings in the days ahead.

The Lord gave me an insight to help folk understand this. I’ll share? the next Wednesday that I minister. (Next week David Stellwagon is ministering. ) It has to do with something God’s children should be doing anyway. (The ‘anyway’ is the key.)

Been thinking about you a lot of late. Remembered our talk about your visit to good old Louisiana sometime in July. Alas. My journey with NHL seems to have put everything on the back burner. Oh well — The Lord’s timing is always perfect.

As for your “cousin extraordinaire” greeting, wow, I like that. And I am so glad you were able to read my lastest blog.

Little sister, it brings joy to my heart to know that sharing my journal thoughts and my prayers have made you stronger. It is my deepest desire that the Lord use me to bring encouragements to His many children.

My kids don’t know what to think of me. When Sis Rita called and told me the good news I began to cry and Josh was standing right by me and after I hung the phone up, he asked me why I was crying and I told him that the doctors couldn’t find any cancer and he said “Well isn’t that good news, so why are your crying now!” Then I shared with both the boys about what a mighty God we serve. That out of all the children he has, he stopped and heard each one of our prayers for a healing for you. I cannot stop thanking him. I hope you and Sis Betty know how much you mean to Warren and me. I know Sis Betty is smilin’ from ear to ear!Sorry we can’t be at church tonight, Nicholas is on some medicine that has really upset his stomach, but I can’t wait to see you Sunday!!!!!!!

The one thing that has been my request from the beginning is that the Lord be glorified in my journey with NHL. In fact when I found out what I was facing with regard to cancer, on November 6, 2006, I recorded this prayer: “Father, let my health issue be to Your glory. Out of all this let Your healing love be upon me with my testimony as a living witness to Your care over me and all Your people. Strengthen me O my God to Your kingdom work. In Jesus name. Amen.”

Your being here and sharing your thoughts and your prayers has made me stronger. May God continue to bless you and yours.
